Shipping within the USA
Standard shipping is via our fashionably monochromatic friends at UPS. From the day we ship your package, you can expect to receive it within the following estimated time frames to most places in the lower 48:
- UPS/FedEx Ground = 4-6 days
- UPS/FedEx 3rd Day Select/FedEx = 3 days
- UPS/FedEx 2nd Day Air = 2 days
- UPS Overnight/FedEx Next Day = 1 day
Alaska and Hawaii - From our experience and to be safe, take the above UPS Ground transit time and double it.
If you give us your email at time of checkout, we will email you tracking information so you can plot the course of your incoming package; fun for the whole family!
Shipping to Canada and other friendlies, eh?
When our product leaves the USA, CUSTOMers get CUSTOMized transit times that we are unable to predict or hasten. Also, additional duty, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and can cost in excess of $100/shipment; these fees are levied by your government and UPS and are out of our control. Therefore, we encourage you to exercise patience as you await your package and be thankful for your governing body, it's associated bureaucracy, and crimson tape.
UPS Worldwide Expedited costs more but includes the customs and duty fees and moves through the system considerably faster; you get what you pay for.
Please do not ask us to 'accidentally' mark the shipment as a gift to avoid paying duty, we will have nothing to do with such shenanigans.
Methods other than UPS or FedEx
We do not ship by any other means than UPS or FedEx. We no longer ship via the USPS as they have proven to us time and again that government run organizations cannot operate as efficiently and accurately as the private sector. For your protection and ours, the USPS is no longer an option.
